You can help
We are deeply grateful for help provided by many generous volunteers and interns. Contact us if you would like to volunteer as a tutor, mentor, cook a meal.
Donations of clothing (for 18-20 year old women), bedding, personal and household products are always welcome. See our Amazon Wish List for ideas! Gift cards are always welcome for groceries or the women’s personal needs. (We frequently shop at Local Market Foods, Costco, Jewel, Target.)
We also need financial support to help with clothing, food, transportation, school supplies, emergency cell phones and more. For example, a one time donation of …
- $500 provides a week of groceries for 15 participants
- $200 covers clothing and essentials for one new participant released from detention
- $100 covers emergency cell phones for two new participants.
Consider A Monthly Gift
- $50 pays for two weeks of groceries for one participant.
- $25 covers two weeks of public transportation to school and work.
- $10 pays for a week of emergency cell phone service.
